Organic Agile strongly believes in the external agile coach (consultant) who can do most of this work, from assessing the teams and organization to training to developing a nimble organic agile program. Agile coaching goes further and deeper than that though. It include executive coaching, team member coaching, team coaching, scrum master coaching, and product owner coaching. A coach facilitates sessions that allow an organization to transform from within. A coach also motivates teams and individuals and sets them on a path for success. A good coach also finds like-minded leaders (full-time employees within the organization) to mentor and take on the role of coach moving forward (true organic growth and transformation). Once this happens, the coach can move on!
