Our mission is to help organizations make a swift and nimble transition to agile so they can immediately start reaping the tremendous benefits.

For those organizations that have started agile but who have not yet reached maturity, Organic Agile will perform agile assessments, find the areas for improvement, and provide strategies for charging ahead with new-found speed and contagious positive energy.

Agile coaching is an essential part of any agile transformation, organic or not. Training is also a key to a successful transformation as well. Without adequate training and know-how, leaders are not the agile champions the organization needs. We have to make agile champions and mentor key players (scrum masters, product owners, PMOs, key functional managers, directors, VPs) so they can quickly take the lead.
